Tart is why difficult?

When you try preparing a dough of tart, it typically takes minimum Four Hours. Additionally, This process is only for pastry. Do you think can we bake it in daily life?
In my opinion is “no” because it is to take hours too long ever if we love to eat it so much. Therefore I searched shorter version recipe than ordinary recipes.
Tart history

It is said that the origin of this pastry dates back to ancient Rome’s “torta,” which in turn traces its roots to ancient Greece and Egypt. It is believed that the idea began with the need to serve jam or cream in an edible container, as they were difficult to eat on their own.
Incidentally, in Europe, apple pies, where the apples inside are stewed into a jam-like consistency and covered with a layer of pastry, are often referred to as apple tarts.
